Q: Where is the Soil Data Viewer extension in ArcMap?

A:  The Soil Data Viewer extension for use with ArcGIS 8.3. is available here. A version for ArcGIS 9.0 and 9.1 is available here.

Q: How do I enable an extension or toolbar in ArcMap?

A:  ArcMap extensions are enabled by selecting Tools > Extensions, and checking the extension name, this will enable a new toolbar in your session. ArcMap toolbars are enabled by selecting Tools > Customize, and checking a toolbar under the Toolbars tab.
