Recent rains may have moved nitrogen away from corn roots reducing yields. Producers should contact a certified crop advisor or ag retailer to test the soil and see if side dressing may be required. This test is also use when producers want to evaluate reduced rates of applied nitrogen. If there are questions, please contact your local NRCS office or visit on web: www.ia.nrcs.usda.gov."
