my.NRCS Calendar

This calendar is available to NRCS employees only, and enables employees to view both national and state-specific events. To enter the calendar, login to my.NRCS and click on the calendar on "NRCS Today". Choose "States" instead of "Show All" and then "IA" to restrict the events shown to those in Iowa. Before submitting an item to the calendar, please read the instructions below.

my.NRCS Calendar Submission Guidelines for Iowa NRCS Employees

  • Information submitted should have a statewide focus, and at the very least, area-wide interest.
  • Information submitted does not have to be for an event hosted or planned by Iowa NRCS, but Iowa NRCS should have significant involvement or interest.
  • For potential items to be submitted, refer to "Tips for Submitting Events".
  • Information should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of a scheduled event, but preferably one month or more.
  • Information will be posted to the my.NRCS calendar within three days of submission.

  • Conferences
  • Deadlines for Conservation Program Signup
  • District Conservationist Meetings
  • Leadership Team Meetings
  • Principal Staff Meetings
  • Special Events (Tours, Earth Day, Announcements, Signing Ceremonies)
  • Teleconferences and Net Conferences
  • Training Sessions
