Conservation Operations

Conservation operations is the NRCS day-to-day technical assistance program. Assistance includes special outreach efforts by NRCS employees to minority and non-traditional audiences that could benefit from NRCS services. This base program also often supports the initial phase of work done through other programs. As an example, this base program supports the Iowa Grassland Alliance.
