Emergency Wetlands Reserve Program Easements Through 2008
The Emergency Wetlands Reserve Program (EWRP) was established in
response to the 1993 flooding in the Upper Mississippi and Lower Missouri River
basins, and is targeted specifically at prior-converted wetlands damaged by
flooding in that region.
